This Grand Auditorium, crafted with back and sides of solid, figured Big Leaf maple and a Sitka spruce top, serves up a sophisticated voice that balances a clear, vibrant midrange with pleasing sonic warmth. Our V-Class bracing architecture levels up the volume, sustain and projection and beautifully channels the nuances of each player’s individual touch, with impeccable pitch accuracy all the way up the neck. Along with the unique trans white/edgeburst treatment on the body and neck, this model boasts a single-ring rosette in green abalone with matching Wings fretboard inlays, faux-tortoiseshell body binding, a gloss-finish body, gold hardware that complements the subtle blonde complexion of the maple and spruce, ebony bridge pins with gold acrylic dots, and a commemorative 50th Anniversary interior label.
