Built with a solid spruce top and East Indian rosewood back and sides, it produces a full-spectrum tone with deep bass, clear trebles, and complex overtones.

The updated 2025 Standard Series brings meaningful refinements to this model, including GE-scalloped Sitka spruce bracing for improved resonance and sustain. A GE Modified Low Oval neck with high-performance taper and a 24.9" scale length gives it a comfortable, broken-in feel right out of the case. Finished in a 1935 Sunburst with traditional Style 28 appointments, this guitar stays true to its roots while benefiting from modern playability updates.
