This Taylor Custom Gold Label Grand Pacific was designed by Tone Shop Guitars, with the Sitka spruce top and Indian rosewood back and sides selected by our team at the Taylor factory. Built around Taylor’s deep-body Grand Pacific platform, it brings together classic rosewood-and-spruce tonewoods with a highly appointed Gold Label build.

The Sitka spruce top gives the guitar a broad, balanced response, while the Indian rosewood back and sides add depth, sustain, and harmonic detail. The Grand Pacific body has a bigger, fuller footprint than Taylor’s smaller body shapes, making this a strong choice for strumming, flatpicking, recording, and players who want a powerful acoustic that still stays clear.

Taylor’s Fanned V-Class bracing with Tonal Rout is paired with a 25.5" scale length and 1 3/4" nut width for a familiar, spacious playing feel. The neo-tropical mahogany neck has a Standard Carve profile, while the West African Crelicam ebony fingerboard features large engraved mother-of-pearl diamond inlays.

The appointment package is every bit as considered as the wood selection: West African Crelicam ebony binding, an Indian rosewood three-ring rosette, engraved Ivoroid/Tortoise pickguard, Indian rosewood backstrap, Gotoh 510 Antique Gold tuners, Taylor Claria electronics, and a British Cocoa Bronco Taylor Deluxe Hardshell Case.
