Whether it’s Southlake, Addison, or now with the Fort Worth location being closer to home — nothing but the best experiences with them as a premier example of excellent customer service and hospitality as an establishment. Got my dream Martin guitar today from Jay (the cupcake man), Justin, Chris and the team. Walking through the doors made me feel like not just a person but a friend of the crew with the level of help and the lengths they went through just to find the right guitar for me. They went well above and beyond what any other business would and forever grateful for the experience. Thank you Tone Shop for the great conversations and kind professionalism. Excellent customer service and a very welcoming atmosphere. I stopped by to try guitar amps. Jay and the other crew were knowledgeable and took their time helping me try different amps without any pressure to buy. They let me use an expensive guitar to try out different amps, even without thinking. This was my first time visiting the ToneShop at Fort Worth, and I ended up buying a Mesa Boogie! Definitely one of the best music stores I’ve visited — highly recommended!

This place is a gem. I went in on a Saturday morning to trade my amp for one they had in store. The two guys working - I did not catch their names - were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The store itself is a great space with a wide selection of great gear. This was my first time being in a guitar shop since the pandemic, and this was a great place to get my feet wet once again. Don't think twice, if you need something give this place a look.
