The Collings C-00 is a compact, vintage-inspired 14-fret acoustic built around the character of small-bodied American guitars from the early 1930s. This example is finished in Collings’ C-00 Sunburst, giving the stripped-down design an appropriately old-school look.

A Sitka spruce top is paired with Honduran mahogany back and sides and Collings’ custom C-00 X-bracing. The bracing incorporates an abbreviated soundboard graft, helping give the model its intentionally dry, direct response with strong fundamental note definition and a pronounced midrange.

The Honduran mahogany neck features the substantial C-00 Full V profile with rounded fingerboard edges, paired with a rosewood fingerboard, 14"-26" compound radius, 1 3/4" bone nut, and short 24 7/8" scale length.

Vintage-inspired appointments include a rosewood straight-style bridge with wide 2 5/16" string spacing, cut-through bone saddle, tortoise pickguard, ivoroid binding, walnut Style 1 backstrip, and nickel Waverly tuners with oval ivoroid buttons.

A deluxe hardshell case is included.
