Collings 71 M – Black w/ Hand-Poured Pickguard
Weight: 7 lbs 6 oz

The Collings 71 M is Collings’ modern take on a classic offset design, built with the same obsessive attention to detail that’s made their electrics some of the most respected instruments in the industry. This model pairs a lightweight ash body with a slab-sawn maple neck and a rosewood fingerboard, delivering a fast, articulate response with excellent resonance and balance.

This example is finished in black and fitted with a custom hand-poured pickguard, giving it a striking, boutique look to match its performance. Loaded with Lollar pickups and Mastery hardware, the 71 M covers a wide tonal range — from glassy, open cleans to punchy, mid-forward drive — making it a serious tool for players who want something distinctive without sacrificing versatility or feel.
