The Fender Custom Shop TSG Exclusive '52 Telecaster Chambered Chartreuse Sparkle Journeyman Relic combines early-'50s Telecaster design with a distinctive finish and chambered ash construction. Built exclusively for Tone Shop Guitars, this Custom Shop Telecaster features a two-piece ash body finished in Chartreuse Sparkle, a thin nitrocellulose lacquer finish, and Fender's Journeyman Relic aging treatment. Its combination of vintage-inspired hardware, hand-wound Blackguard pickups, and a substantial 1952-style neck gives this instrument the character of an early Telecaster with several carefully selected custom appointments.

The chambered ash body reduces the amount of solid wood within the guitar while retaining the familiar Telecaster body shape. A two-piece ash construction provides the foundation, while the Chartreuse Sparkle finish gives the instrument a distinctive appearance that contrasts with its traditional black single-ply Nocaster-style pickguard. Fender's Journeyman Relic treatment adds the appearance of a guitar that has been played and cared for over time, with subtle wear to the thin nitrocellulose lacquer finish and aged hardware.

The one-piece plain-grain maple neck features a substantial 1952-style "U" profile, measuring .900" at the first fret and .990" at the 12th fret. Its 9.5" fingerboard radius and narrow-tall 6105 frets offer a more contemporary playing surface while retaining the feel of a traditional early-'50s Telecaster neck. Rolled fingerboard edges contribute to a comfortable fretting-hand feel, while the medium-tinted nitrocellulose finish, black Micarta dot markers, and bone nut complete the vintage-inspired construction.

A pair of Fender Custom Shop hand-wound '50–'51 Blackguard pickups provides the guitar's traditional Telecaster voice, with the bridge pickup delivering focused attack and definition and the neck pickup offering a rounder, fuller response. A modern Telecaster control assembly provides familiar pickup selection and tone shaping, while the vintage-style '51–'54 Telecaster bridge, aged Fender-logo tuners, and knurled chrome control knobs complete the hardware. This Tone Shop Guitars Exclusive includes a Fender Custom Shop Strat/Tele tweed hardshell case.
