This Gibson Custom J-45 is a Dealer Select build that takes the classic round-shoulder platform in a distinctly different direction with all-mahogany construction and a full-gloss TV Yellow finish. Mahogany is used for the top, back and sides, with multi-ply cream top binding and cream back binding providing contrast against the TV Yellow body.

The mahogany neck has a Slim Taper profile, short scale and 14th-fret neck joint. Its rosewood fingerboard features a 12" radius, 20 standard small-crown frets and mother-of-pearl dot inlays. A TUSQ nut completes the setup, while the full-gloss TV Yellow neck extends the finish treatment across the entire instrument.

A rosewood belly-up bridge with rear-positioned pin holes is fitted with mother-of-pearl dot inlays, a TUSQ saddle and TUSQ bridge pins. Nickel Grover Rotomatic tuners, a tortoise teardrop pickguard and mother-of-pearl Gibson block headstock logo keep the remaining appointments rooted in the familiar J-45 aesthetic.

LR Baggs VTC electronics provide onboard amplification with the output integrated into the endpin jack. This USA-made custom J-45 includes a Gibson Acoustic Custom certificate and Modern Bronco dreadnought hardshell case.
