Designed by Tone Shop Guitars, this PRS Private Stock DGT Semi-Hollow is an exceptional custom build with every wood personally selected by our team from the PRS Private Stock Vault. From the quilted maple top to the Brazilian rosewood neck, fingerboard, headstock veneer, and truss rod cover, every detail was chosen with purpose. It's so light!

The Brazilian rosewood neck and fingerboard are the major differentiators here. It is a rare and highly desirable combination, giving this DGT Semi-Hollow a level of feel, beauty, and specification depth that immediately separates it from a standard run instrument.

The quilted maple top is finished in Tiger Eye Glow over an African mahogany semi-hollow back, creating a rich, dimensional look with the warmth and sustain expected from a great DGT. High Gloss Nitro keeps the finish elegant and thin-feeling while letting the figure and color do the work.

The inlay package is pure Private Stock: Brown Mother of Pearl birds with White Mother of Pearl outlines on the fingerboard, a Brown Mother of Pearl Private Stock Eagle with White Mother of Pearl outline on the Brazilian rosewood headstock veneer, and a Brown Mother of Pearl Cooper’s Hawk heel inlay. Gold/Nickel hardware, African mahogany backplates, and faux-bone tuner buttons complete the custom appointment set.

A pair of DGT pickups keeps the guitar rooted in the voice and feel that made the model a favorite: clear, dynamic humbucker tones with the added range of a push/pull tone control. With two volumes, one push/pull tone, a 3-way toggle, PRS Gen III Tremolo, and Phase III set screw locking tuners, this Private Stock DGT is built to be as functional as it is special.
