Fender 75th Anniversary Player II Baritone Telecaster Rosewood 3-Color Sunburst

The Fender 75th Anniversary Player II Baritone Telecaster in 3-Color Sunburst combines traditional Telecaster construction with an extended 27" scale length and baritone tuning. Part of Fender's Limited Edition 75th Anniversary Telecaster Collection, this model is designed for standard B-to-B tuning, providing increased string tension and a lower register than a conventional six-string Telecaster. Its alder body features a 3-Color Sunburst polyester finish, three-ply black pickguard, and nickel/chrome hardware.

The maple neck uses Fender's Modern “C” profile with a satin urethane finish on the back. A slab rosewood fingerboard features a 9.5" radius, smooth rolled edges, and 22 Medium Jumbo frets. The extended 27" scale helps maintain string tension at lower pitches, while the 1.685" synthetic bone nut retains a familiar Fender nut width.

Player Series Alnico 5 Telecaster single-coil pickups occupy the bridge and neck positions. A three-way blade switch provides individual pickup selections or both pickups together, with master volume and tone controls for straightforward adjustment. The traditional Telecaster electronics remain intact despite the instrument's extended range.

The six-saddle string-through-body bridge features block steel saddles for individual string intonation adjustment. Fender ClassicGear tuning machines and .013–.062 nickel-plated steel strings complete the baritone setup, pairing the longer scale with hardware designed around the familiar Telecaster format.
