About This Guitar

Serial: 22625047

This Gibson Custom SJ-200 is a Dealer Select build centered around an uncommon combination of a red spruce top and rosewood back and sides. The red spruce top receives a full-gloss Tri-Burst finish, while the rosewood back and sides are finished in Antique Natural. Traditional SJ-200 details include multi-ply cream binding, checkerboard back marquetry and an Ibex J-200 pickguard.

The mahogany neck has a Round profile, long scale and 14th-fret neck joint. Its bound rosewood fingerboard features a 12" radius, 20 standard small-crown frets and mother-of-pearl crown inlays. A TUSQ nut and bound headstock with mother-of-pearl Gibson block and crown inlays complete the neck appointments.

A rosewood J-200 moustache bridge is decorated with two-bar mother-of-pearl inlays and paired with a TUSQ saddle and bridge pins. Gold Grover Imperial tuners complement the SJ-200's traditional hardware package.

For amplification, this custom build is equipped with an LR Baggs Anthem system. The Anthem combines an under-saddle pickup with an internal microphone for a flexible amplified setup while keeping the guitar's controls discreetly mounted inside the soundhole. A Gibson Acoustic Custom certificate and Modern Bronco SJ-200 hardshell case are included.
