At the heart of the ELEV8 Plus is a powerful Alnico 8 magnet paired with custom-gauge coil wire. The ELEV8 family represents Gibson's first use of Alnico 8 magnets in pickup construction, bringing exceptional output, punch, and authority while retaining the musicality and responsiveness players expect from a Gibson humbucker. The result is a bridge pickup that hits hard without giving up articulation, clarity, or dynamic control.

The ELEV8 Plus is engineered to maintain note definition even when gain levels climb.
