The Gibson Les Paul Standard 50s Figured Top in Honey Amber pairs the classic ’50s Les Paul formula with a translucent finish that puts the AA figured maple top front and center. It keeps the traditional construction and hardware of the Les Paul Standard while giving the guitar a warmer, more natural-looking presentation.

The body uses a solid mahogany back with no weight relief and a carved AA figured maple top. Single-ply cream binding frames the top, while the gloss nitrocellulose lacquer finish allows the figure in the maple to remain clearly visible through the Honey Amber color.

A mahogany neck uses Gibson’s rounded 50s Vintage profile and a 24.75" scale length. The Indian rosewood fingerboard features a 12" radius, 22 medium jumbo frets, acrylic trapezoid inlays, and a 1.69" Graph Tech nut.

A calibrated Burstbucker 1 in the neck and Burstbucker 2 in the bridge provide the electronics, both using Alnico 2 magnets. They’re paired with traditional two-volume, two-tone controls, hand-wired with Orange Drop capacitors and operated through a three-way toggle switch.

An ABR-1 Tune-O-Matic bridge, aluminum Stop Bar tailpiece, Vintage Deluxe tuners with Keystone buttons, nickel hardware, and gold Top Hat knobs complete the build. A Gibson hardshell case and accessory kit are included.
