The Gibson SJ-200 60s Original is a modern build that captures the look, feel, and tone of the SJ-200 as it appeared during the 1960s. Known for its powerful dreadnought-style projection and rich, expansive voice, this model delivers the big low end and clear high-end sparkle that has made the SJ-200 a favorite for decades.

Built with a AAA figured maple body and a solid AAA Sitka spruce top, the SJ-200 60s Original offers a strong, detailed response with plenty of headroom for heavy strumming and bold rhythm work. It features a comfortable Round-profile maple neck with a walnut stringer and a slightly narrower nut width for easier first-position chord work. Outfitted with LR Baggs VTC electronics and soundhole-mounted controls, it’s stage-ready while still maintaining a traditional acoustic feel.
