The Gibson Songwriter Recording Artist pairs Gibson’s square-shoulder dreadnought design with tonewoods and construction techniques inspired by the company’s classic Advanced Jumbo models. Built with a thermally aged Sitka spruce top and rosewood back and sides, it produces a powerful acoustic voice with strong projection, clarity, and dynamic response suited for both recording and live performance.

Handcrafted in Bozeman, Montana, the guitar features a 25.5" scale mahogany neck with a comfortable round profile and a bound ebony fingerboard. Scalloped Advanced X-bracing helps the top respond quickly and evenly, while the L.R. Baggs HiFi pickup system captures the guitar’s natural tone with excellent balance and detail when amplified.
