Gretsch G6136TGQM-59 Limited Edition Quilt Classic Falcon Bigsby Forge Glow w/case

The G6136TGQM-59 Limited Edition Quilt Classic Falcon pairs the vintage-inspired construction of a 1959-style Falcon with highly figured quilt maple throughout its hollow body. Finished in Forge Glow gloss nitrocellulose lacquer, the 2.75"-deep body features an arched laminated quilt maple top and back, aged white binding with B/W/B purfling, bound f-holes and 1959 trestle bracing.

A set maple neck uses Gretsch’s Standard “U” profile and a 25.5" scale length. The 12"-radius ebony fingerboard carries 22 medium jumbo frets and Mother of Pearl Neo-Classic Thumbnail inlays, while a 1.6875" bone nut completes the playing surface.

TV Jones Ray Butts Ful-Fidelity Filter’Tron pickups are installed at the bridge and neck. Individual pickup volume controls are joined by a master volume, three-way pickup selector and three-position tone switch, maintaining a traditional Gretsch control arrangement around the Ray Butts-designed pickup platform.

Gold hardware complements the Forge Glow finish, including Grover Imperial tuners, a Space Control bridge with pinned ebony base and Bigsby B6GVT vibrato tailpiece. A gold Plexi pickguard with Gretsch logo and Falcon graphic, jeweled G-Arrow knobs and aged white body binding complete this Limited Edition Quilt Classic Falcon.
