Ibanez RG565RCA Candy Apple Red

The Ibanez RG565RCA pairs the streamlined RG platform with a Candy Apple Red finish, Super Wizard neck and double-locking Edge tremolo. Its basswood body provides the foundation for a straightforward two-humbucker configuration built around Ibanez Infinity R and V8 pickups.

The five-piece maple/walnut Super Wizard neck uses a 25.5" scale and slim dimensions, measuring 17mm thick at the first fret and 19mm at the 12th. A bound rosewood fingerboard has a 430mm radius, 24 jumbo frets and white Sharktooth inlays.

An Infinity R ceramic humbucker occupies the neck position, while an Alnico V8 humbucker handles the bridge. Both pickups are passive, providing a simple HH configuration that complements the RG565RCA’s performance-focused construction.

Ibanez’s Edge bridge is paired with a locking nut for double-locking tremolo operation. Black hardware contrasts with the Candy Apple Red finish, and the guitar comes factory-equipped with D’Addario EXL120 strings in .009-.042 gauges and standard E tuning.
