The Jackson Custom Shop RR 2H FR Ivory takes one of Jackson’s most iconic high-performance shapes and gives it a clean, stripped-down Custom Shop treatment. Built as a batch run Rhoads model, this guitar pairs neck-thru construction, a reversed pointy headstock, Floyd Rose hardware, and a classic Seymour Duncan humbucker set with a solid Ivory urethane finish and black hardware throughout.

The neck-thru quartersawn maple construction gives this Rhoads exceptional sustain, stability, and upper-fret access, while the alder body keeps the response tight, balanced, and articulate. The standard Jackson neck profile measures .790" at the 3rd fret and .850" at the 12th, giving the guitar a fast, familiar feel without becoming overly thin.

The ebony fingerboard features reversed pearl sharkfin inlays, ivoroid neck and headstock binding, Luminlay blue side dots with black rings, and 22 jumbo stainless steel frets. Combined with the compound 12"–16" radius and 25.5" scale length, this is a purpose-built platform for speed, precision, and aggressive playing.

Electronics are handled by the proven Seymour Duncan JB in the bridge and Seymour Duncan ’59 in the neck. The JB delivers the midrange push, output, and bite needed for heavy rhythm and lead work, while the ’59 keeps the neck position clear, warm, and articulate. A recessed black Floyd Rose, black Gotoh tuners, and simple RR-1 control layout complete the build.

Finished in solid Ivory with a matching painted neck, black headstock, 80s white Jackson logo, and black hardware, this Custom Shop Rhoads has a sharp, focused look that lets the shape and spec do the talking.
