Martin 00L-16E Black Smoke w/softshell case

The Martin 00L-16E Black Smoke brings a warm, intimate voice to the refreshed 16 Series, combining a compact sloped-shoulder body with all-solid tonewoods and a distinctive Black Smoke finish. Its gloss spruce top is paired with satin mahogany back and sides for a focused response with punchy mids, strong treble presence, and a controlled low end. Scalloped 1/4" X-bracing adds resonance and sustain while retaining the quick, woody response that makes this body size well suited to fingerstyle, songwriting, and expressive rhythm playing.

A 24.9" scale Modified Low Oval neck with High Performance Taper provides a comfortable playing feel, while the ebony fingerboard and bridge add familiar Martin appointments. A grained ivoroid pickguard complements the Black Smoke finish, and L.R. Baggs Element electronics provide a straightforward amplified voice for live performance or recording. The guitar comes strung with Martin Era Treated Legacy Medium strings and includes a softshell case.
