This Martin Custom Shop 18 Style 000-14F takes the warmth and directness of an all-mahogany build and pairs it with tasteful Custom Shop appointments, including East Indian rosewood binding, an Old Style 18 Black Maple Fiber rosette, and a gloss body with satin neck finish.

Built with a mahogany top, mahogany back and sides, and spruce bracing, this 000/OM Auditorium body has a dry, woody voice with strong fundamental response and a focused midrange. The all-mahogany construction gives the guitar a warm, honest character that works beautifully for fingerstyle, light strumming, recording, and vocal accompaniment.

The long 25.4" scale length gives the guitar added clarity and string tension, while the 000/OM body keeps the feel comfortable and balanced. The top features scalloped Golden Era-style spruce bracing with hand shaping, helping the guitar respond with a lively, open feel while keeping the tone controlled and articulate.

The neck features a GE Modified Low Oval profile with High Performance Taper, a 1 3/4" nut width, and an East Indian rosewood fingerboard with Foden Style select abalone inlays. East Indian rosewood is also used for the bridge, headplate, binding, heel cap, and endpiece, giving this custom build a clean, cohesive look from end to end.

Finishing details include a mahogany stain, gloss body, satin neck, Old Style Gold headplate decal, black pickguard, Grover nickel StaTite tuners with vintage buttons, and a 3-ply hardshell case with domed top.
