This Martin Custom Shop Edition takes the classic D-18 design and gives it an elegant new voice with domestically sourced Black Walnut back and sides. Complemented by European Flamed Maple bindings and natural fiber inlays, this model showcases how American hardwoods can provide both stunning looks and remarkable tonal character.

Crafted with a Sitka spruce top and scalloped spruce bracing, it delivers a warm yet articulate voice with excellent projection. The comfortable Modified Low Oval neck with High Performance Taper ensures modern playability, while the full gloss finish highlights the beauty of the walnut’s natural grain.
