Designed by Martin President and CEO Thomas Ripsam, the Martin Custom Shop M Paisley Ember Burst is a limited one-year M/0000 acoustic-electric built around a custom paisley-pattern Engelmann spruce top, quilted maple back and sides, and a warm Ember Burst finish.

The M-14 Fret body offers a broad, balanced voice with more air and low-end presence than a traditional OM while remaining more controlled than a dreadnought. Its Engelmann spruce top is detailed with a custom paisley pattern woven from classic Martin design elements, making this a true visual standout without losing the foundation of a serious, full-size acoustic.

Quilted maple back and sides bring a clear, quick attack and focused note separation, while forward-shifted Adirondack spruce X-bracing with Golden Era hand shaping helps the guitar stay open and powerful under a heavier right hand. The M body, maple construction, and 25.4" scale length make this a strong option for songwriting, recording, fingerstyle, and rhythm work.

The black walnut neck features a GE Modified Low Oval profile with High Performance Taper, a 1 3/4" nut width, and a 14-fret dovetail neck joint. An ebony fingerboard with custom four-point abalone snowflake inlays, European flamed maple binding, and a quilted maple headplate give the guitar an elevated Custom Shop look throughout.

Premium details include Waverly gold butterbean tuners, an ebony GE Modern Belly bridge, bone pins with faux tortoise dots, and LR Baggs Anthem electronics with a battery box. Each guitar includes a numbered Custom Paisley Ember Burst label signed by Thomas Ripsam and a hardshell case.
