PRS Silver Sky Defender Limited Edition Willow Green

The PRS Silver Sky Defender Limited Edition in Willow Green is part of the four-color U.S.-made collaboration between PRS, John Mayer and Defender. Inspired by a heritage Defender color associated with the model’s rural roots, Willow Green is limited to only 500 guitars worldwide. Each guitar has a matching painted headstock and a unique neck plate carrying the Willow Green name and “1 of 500” designation.

Its solid alder body has a flat top and high-gloss nitro finish, complemented by white plastics. The maple neck uses the 635 JM-R shape and bolt-on construction, while the rosewood fingerboard has a 7.25" radius, 22 PRS medium frets and Small Bird inlays. The scale length is 25.5", with a bone nut and PRS double-acting truss rod.

The SSS electronics configuration consists of three PRS 635JM pickups with a five-way blade switch, master volume and two tone controls. A PRS Steel Tremolo, vintage-style locking tuners and nickel hardware complete the functional hardware package.

The Defender-specific details continue with the Willow Green painted headstock and individually marked neck plate. PRS also includes an ATA molded case fitted with a custom Defender badge.
