Seymour Duncan Power Stage 200

The Seymour Duncan PowerStage 200 is a compact 200-watt guitar power amplifier designed to pair with pedalboards, preamps and modeling rigs. Its pedalboard-friendly format provides a dedicated amplification stage without requiring a traditional guitar head, with an internal power supply keeping the setup self-contained.

A switchable EQ section provides bass, middle and treble controls along with a dedicated presence control. The EQ can be bypassed entirely when tonal shaping is handled elsewhere in the signal chain, while preamp and power amp clip indicators make it easier to set appropriate input and output levels.

Two 1/4" speaker outputs allow the PowerStage 200 to drive multiple cabinets, with speaker impedance matching handled internally. For direct applications, the balanced XLR DI output incorporates a switchable 4x12 closed-back cabinet simulation. The cab sim can also be bypassed when using an external cabinet simulator or IR device.

An Aux input and 1/8" headphone output with its own volume control support silent practice and playback from an external audio source. With independent EQ and cab-sim bypass switches, the PowerStage 200 can serve as a compact power amp for a physical cabinet, a direct solution for front-of-house or recording, or part of a larger modeling setup.
