Shin's Music Dumbloid-x ODS 10th Anniversary

The Shin’s Music Dumbloid-X ODS 10th Anniversary is a limited-edition version of the Dumbloid platform designed around the more saturated ODS-style drive sounds associated with the 1970s and 1980s. Compared with lower-gain Dumbloid voicings, the Dumbloid-X emphasizes increased gain and saturation while retaining clarity and pick attack.

Its core control set consists of Drive, Accent, Tone and Volume. Drive sets the amount of overdrive, while Accent provides another point of adjustment for the pedal’s response and overall character. Tone and Volume handle frequency balance and output level.

A Rock/Jazz switch provides two distinct voicings, while the BRT Bright switch adds another option for shaping the pedal’s upper-frequency response. Together, these switches allow the Dumbloid-X to move between fuller and more focused drive sounds without complicating the main control layout.

Created to commemorate the Dumbloid’s 10th anniversary, this limited-edition model is distinguished by its leather exterior and diamond-pattern grille covering, giving it a unique presentation within the Shin’s Music lineup.
