Overview

The Taylor 114ce Special Edition in Dark Tobacco Burst pairs the versatile Grand Auditorium body shape with a spruce top and layered sapele back and sides. C-Class bracing supports a balanced, responsive acoustic voice, while the Venetian cutaway provides comfortable access to the upper register. The Dark Tobacco shaded-edge burst is applied to the top, with natural back and sides and a matte finish throughout the body.

Taylor’s Standard Carve neck and 25-1/2" scale provide a familiar playing feel, complemented by a smoked eucalyptus fingerboard and 1-11/16" NuBone nut. Expression System 2 electronics make the 114ce ready for amplified use, and a tan soft gig bag is included for transport and protection.
