The Taylor 552ce Next Generation 12-Fret pairs a compact Grand Concert body with a Western Red cedar top and neo-tropical mahogany back and sides. Its 12-fret neck joint, 24-7/8" scale length, and wide 1-7/8" nut create a distinctive playing feel, while V-Class bracing provides the structural foundation for the guitar's acoustic voice.

Taylor's Action Control Neck provides a modern approach to setup and adjustment, complemented by a West African Crelicam ebony fingerboard and bridge. The 552ce is equipped with Taylor Claria electronics for amplified use and finished with refined appointments including a green abalone single-ring rosette, faux pearl Meridian fingerboard inlays, and a gloss Natural finish.
