Taylor Custom Gold Label SA Cocobolo / Adirondack Spruce w/case 6098

This Taylor Custom Gold Label Super Auditorium was designed by Tone Shop Guitars, with the Adirondack spruce top and Cocobolo back and sides selected by our team at the Taylor factory. It is a high-end custom build centered around exceptional wood selection, but the visual centerpiece is impossible to miss: a sweeping Tree-of-Life-style paua inlay that runs across most of the fingerboard.

The Adirondack spruce top gives the guitar strong headroom, clarity, and a quick response under the pick, while the Cocobolo back and sides add depth, sustain, and rich harmonic detail. The Super Auditorium body keeps that power balanced and useful, making this a strong fit for fingerstyle, flatpicking, strumming, recording, and vocal accompaniment.

Taylor’s Fanned V-Class bracing with Tonal Rout supports the guitar’s responsive feel. The hard rock maple neck has a Standard Carve profile, 25.5" scale length, and 1 11/16" nut width, paired with a West African Crelicam ebony fingerboard and the extensive Paua Nouveau inlay work that gives this build its unique visual character.

This version takes a cleaner visual route than the #501, with no pickguard, a Paua single-ring rosette, green abalone bridge-pin dots, Cocobolo backstrap, flamed maple binding, Gotoh 510 Antique Gold tuners, Taylor Claria electronics, and a British Cocoa Bronco Taylor Deluxe Hardshell Case.
