Overview

The Taylor Gold Label 512e brings the Gold Label approach to a deep-body Grand Concert format, pairing a solid Sitka spruce top with neo-tropical mahogany back and sides. Its Fanned V-Class bracing with Tonal Rout works within the deeper Grand Concert body, while the 24-7/8" scale length and 1-3/4" nut width provide a comfortable, familiar playing feel.

Taylor’s Action Control Neck is built from neo-tropical mahogany and paired with a West African Crelicam ebony fingerboard. Gold Label appointments include cream binding, a cream-and-black single-ring rosette, Cream Crest fingerboard inlays, a firestripe pickguard, and a Honduran rosewood bridge. An L.R. Baggs Element VTC system handles amplification, and a British Cocoa Bronco Taylor Deluxe hardshell case is included.
