The Super Auditorium body is a slightly larger, non-cutaway variation of Taylor's Grand Auditorium design, developed to produce greater warmth, depth, and acoustic power. The torrefied spruce top undergoes a thermal treatment that gives it a more mature response, while the solid mahogany back and sides contribute a dry, woody midrange and controlled overtones. Inside, Taylor's fanned V-Class bracing with Tonal Rout enhances volume, sustain, and resonance while preserving the instrument's vintage-inspired tonal character.

The neo-tropical mahogany neck features Taylor's Action Control Neck design, which allows convenient adjustment of the guitar's playing action while improving the transfer of string energy through the instrument. Its Standard Carve profile and 25.5" scale length provide a familiar playing feel, while the West African Crelicam ebony fingerboard features cream Crest inlays and matching ebony binding. A 1.75" nut width offers comfortable string spacing for both fingerstyle playing and strumming.
