The Walrus Audio Lüm Texture Engine is an immersive ambient effects pedal that blurs the boundaries between traditional reverb, granular processing, and experimental sound design. Drawing inspiration from Walrus Audio favorites like the Slö Reverb, Lore Reverse Reverb, and Fable Granular Soundscape Generator, Lüm fractures your signal into tiny audio grains and wraps them in lush, evolving reverbs to create dynamic textures that shift and morph with every note.

Featuring three distinct processing modes, Lüm can generate everything from subtle atmospheric movement to sprawling ambient landscapes. Grain Cloud mode introduces granular glitches sourced from a feedback delay line, Grain Verb embeds those textures directly into dense reverberant washes, and Forward/Reverse Verb creates an engaging interplay between conventional and reverse reverb algorithms. The Stretch Engine further expands sonic possibilities by globally manipulating sample rate from 0.5x to 2x speed.

Designed for performance and experimentation, Lüm includes Moment Control automation, onboard preset storage, selectable bypass behavior, and seamless preset transitions. Finished in Matte Black with exclusive artwork by Emily Ursä, Lüm delivers inspiring ambient textures in a compact pedalboard-friendly format.
